Using Avant Window Navigator in Ubuntu Hardy

Avant Window Navigator or short AWN is an excellent piece of software. To give it a try in hardy edit your /etc/apt/sources.list and add the following two lines:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/reacocard-awn/ubuntu hardy main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/reacocard-awn/ubuntu hardy main

Then install these packages:

aptitude install avant-window-navigator-bzr awn-core-applets-bzr awn-manager-bzr

start awn and enjoy this is what it looks like
